Can I cancel my Nike order?

You can cancel your order only before it is processed or shipped.
To cancel your order by following the below instructions:

FOR APP/WEB (MEMBERS)

  1. Click on "Profile". Go to the “Orders” Page.
  2. Click on “Orders” tab.
  3. Select the order which you would like to cancel.
  4. Your Order Details page will be displayed. Click on “Cancel Order”.
  5. Select reason for cancellation, click on “Cancel Order” button again and your order will be cancelled.

 
FOR WEB (GUEST USERS)

  1. Click on “Help” tab. Go to the “Orders” Page.
  2. Click on “Orders” tab.
  3. Enter your phone number used for placing your order. Click on “Submit”.
  4. Enter OTP received on your phone.
  5. Select the order which you would like to cancel.
  6. Your Order Details page will be displayed. Click on “Cancel Order”.
  7. Select reason for cancellation, click on “Cancel Order” button again and your order will be cancelled.

How do refunds work for cancelled orders?

If you cancel an order, the system will automatically start processing your refund for most payment options (Credit/Debit Cards, E-Wallet & Apple Pay).

Why can I not cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to cancel an order that has been processed or shipped.
Once your order has been shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we cannot stop the delivery nor cancel it. If you no longer want the order, you can inform the courier that you no longer want to receive it, and the delivery associate will take it back to the warehouse. Once your package is returned to us, you’ll receive your refund to your eWallet if you chose to pay by cash, or to your Credit/Debit card if you paid by card, within 5-7 working days.

After cancellation do I need to contact anyone?

No. You will receive a cancellation email confirmation which means we are already aware. If you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours, you may go ahead and contact us to double-check.

Can I restore a cancelled item from my order?

Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment.

Why did I not receive the item cancellation email?

Ensure you have not marked emails from Nike as Spam/Junk.You may visit Google and search for “how to add email senders to white list”.
