Once your return is processed successfully, we will issue the refund to the payment method of your choice.
For Qatar customers, it may take up to 3 weeks for refunds to show in your account.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept any returns beyond the 30 days return window.

You can choose to either get your money refunded as a Gift Card which usually takes 48 hours to reflect, or back to your credit/debit card (takes around 5-7 working days).

If you paid by cash on delivery, we will refund the amount to you as Gift Card, which can be used only for online purchases, and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
